Girl in the Well is a hostile female spirit in Fatal Frame.
Background[]
The girl in the well was a friend of Mikoto. One day she, along with two other children and Mikoto, played a game of Demon Tag. She decided to hide behind the well in the Courtyard, but the Long Arms ghost snatched her away and dragged her down the well, leading her to her death. Her body was never found.
Fatal Frame[]
After Miku removes the lid on top of the well, she looks down and sees something rise up. It is a girl who is badly scarred, who then attacks Miku.
